How to Avoid This Year’s Holiday Weight Gain
This time of year is all about parties and having fun and unfortunately, weight gain. But I am going to explain how not to get fat over the holidays. 7 TIPS FOR EXERCISING IN THE COLD
The natural inclination is to stay holed up inside at this time of year but exercising in the cold can be invigorating! The four cocktails in this post are perfect for me because they are all keto friendly. These cocktails are easy to make, beautiful to look at and extraordinarily delicious to drink. Enjoy!

These four recipes are the ones I make every year without fail. I’m sure if I ever eliminated one of them there would be a price to pay!
