The summer has come to an end, and we now find ourselves entering my favorite time of the year – the Fall!
For most of us over sixty, this seasonal change means saying goodbye to shorts, bathing suits and tanks. A lot of women feel that less-revealing clothing means they can indulge and take a break with their fitness routine. While I always say yes to indulging now and then, I advise against taking any sort of hiatus or break with staying active.
