BEST BODY MOISTURIZER FOR OVER 50 SKIN
This week my featured fave is Josie Maran Argan Balm. It is absolutely the best body moisturizer I’ve found for my over fifty skin. As I’ve aged the skin on my body has become very dry and crepey. This balm is very thick and concentrated and is super hydrating. I usually apply it right after I’ve taken a shower. It comes in a tin and I scoop out little bits and first rub between my hands to warm and soften before applying it to my body. I can actually feel and see the texture of my skin improving as I rub it in.

Most middle-aged women want to look their best and many workout to stay fit over fifty. The problem is that a lot of women solely concentrate on cardio, bellies and butts. The truth is that other body parts like your arms are what usually give your age away quickly. The majority of women over fifty neglect training upper body because they believe there is nothing that can be done to improve the tone and appearance of saggy arms.

Given that the first day of spring kicked off with lousy, wintry weather including snow, I decided to get the last bit of use out of my winter favorites. Although I am a woman over fifty, I love my faux furs! I think animal prints are timeless, just like us boomer babes. And I’m wild enough to combine more than one print at the same time!

I tried coming up with an interesting title for this post but what can you say about a bagel? It’s a bagel!!! To me it’s the most delicious creation to ever cross my lips.
