I like to keep things simple. Staying fit and healthy when you’re a middle aged woman is no easy task — even those of us who follow a good nutritional and exercise program have problems figuring things out. Sometimes I like to mix things up but there are some rules I always adhere to.

Food. Water. Denim. Let’s get back to essentials ~ Anonymous
At almost seventy I cannot remember a world without denim. I know when I was really, really young the only people who wore denim were male workers like miners. But boy have things changed. My college was located in the worst neighborhood in Brooklyn, NY, yet I routinely walked around late at night with no fear. And at almost 70 little has changed. I just do not live in fear because fear kills dreams.
