Ladies, first I want to levelset with you. Many of us know of or have tried intermittent fasting before. It’s a diet during which we restrict the window of time that we eat. The benefits range from better digestion to a heightened metabolism – but intermittent fasting is completely different from intermittent exercise, which is just the opposite: instead of decreasing our window of exercise, we extend that window to span the entire day.

Growing up in the sixties and seventies, tie dye was a fashion staple. I remember wearing a tie dye tee shirt on my long drive to Woodstock. (Yes, that Woodstock!) Recently, tie dye has seen a big resurgence! Many believe that the renewed interest stems from the DIY projects so popular during the current lock down. Frozen fruit pops have always been a favorite of mine! I remember as a young girl I waited all day for the ice cream truck. There were three different vendors that came down my street. But there was one I liked the best because it had great frozen pops. Although I preferred ice cream, I always chose the frozen fruit pops because they lasted a long time!
I still love nothing better on a sweltering day. Once that frozen fruit pop hits my lips I am instantly cooled off — like a big, cool gust of wind. There are plenty of good commercial pops. but I like my frosty frozen fruit pops the best!

I prepared early for the pandemic – I purchased masks, bottled water, frozen foods and medications. I canceled all appointments and allowed no one in my home. While I had all my necessary supplies, the one thing I gave no thought to was preparing was my immune system.
