Most women are so consumed with their butts, bellies, and thighs you’d think the human body started at the waist. The truth is, our upper bodies give our age away much quicker than a little belly. Here is the perfect upper body workout for women over fifty to combat that problem.
Rounded shoulders, flabby arms and back fat are the real culprits to an aged appearance. This video targets your over fifty back, chest, shoulders and arms. These areas respond well to exercise but remember, consistency is key. I think a good idea is to do this full upper body workout a couple of times a week and then swap in a specific body part like “Top Tricep Moves to Tone Over 50 Female Arms.”
