Most middle-aged women want to look their best and many workout to stay fit over fifty. The problem is that a lot of women solely concentrate on cardio, bellies and butts. The truth is that other body parts like your arms are what usually give your age away quickly. The majority of women over fifty neglect training upper body because they believe there is nothing that can be done to improve the tone and appearance of saggy arms. It’s unfortunate that so many women feel this way and have accepted the notion that they are destined to wear long sleeves all the time even in summer.
Just like any other body part, arms respond well to consistent training. This video concentrates on your biceps, the “make a muscle” bump on your upper arm. It’s important to do each exercise on the video 3 – 4 times and do the entire routine at least twice a week. Even if your results are small, they will make a big difference in the overall appearance of your arms allowing you to wear a short sleeve shirt with some confidence. Remember, even if only a small portion of your upper arm is visible, a little toning goes a long way in looking more youthful. What could be better than that?
