Many women over fifty don’t understand why they should work their chest and back muscles. For the most part women are overly concerned with their butts, thighs and abs but the truth is if you want to look good you really need to work all of you. Working your chest gives you better cleavage and definition making your breasts look higher and firmer. It also helps to tighten the bra bulge on the sides of your chest.
As we age we tend to lose proper posture and doing back exercises helps to regain a nicer shape. Additionally, working your back muscles helps to firm up that back fat we hate so much. But the most important reason for doing chest and back exercises is to make you stronger which helps with your everyday activities.
Having a defined upper body gives a woman a much more youthful appearance. I strongly suggest doing exercises for every body part as this is the best way to regain a younger looking body. It’s important to do the chest and back routine at least twice a week to see results. If you are serious about toning your chest and back you should also add push-ups. My 3 Steps to a Perfect Push-Up video is an instructional guide on how to properly do push-ups.
