Anything worth having takes time and commitment but sometimes you just don’t have a lot of time for a long workout. If you’re in a rush here are 7 simple moves to tighten your arms in under 3 minutes. Now I’m not saying that doing this workout one time will make a difference. But, if you run through this routine 3 or 4 times in a row and do it it 4 or 5 times during the week (less than a one hour commitment for the week) you will definitely see a difference in your arms in a few weeks.

This workout contains 7 simple moves that you do in rapid succession. Do not rest between movements as you should move seamlessly from one exercise to the next. If you want to run through the video more than once (highly suggested) just take a minute or two between sets to get a drink of water.
HERE ARE THE 7 MOVES:
20 double arm side shoulder raises
10 single arm front shoulder raises (5 each arm)
20 double arm bicep curls
10 double arm tricep/bicep side extensions
10 single arm back rows (5 each side)
10 double arm tricep kickbacks
20 single arm bicep curls (10 each arm)
